Booking and Appointment Policy

Booking Methods: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

Arrivals: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance.

Late Arrivals: Delays over 15 minutes may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

Pricing, Payments, and Promotions

Promotions and seasonal offers are valid for a limited period and subject to availability.

Accepted payment methods include cash, bKash, Nagad, and selected debit/credit cards.

Refunds, Returns & Satisfaction Policy

Service Refunds: Services once rendered are non-refundable. Feedback is encouraged within 24 hours.

Product Returns: Products can be returned within 7 days if unused and sealed with valid receipt.

Packages and memberships are non-transferable.
